Pat McDuff serves as Chief Executive Officer of California Fueling LLC, which aids clients in developing a strategy to lower their carbon footprint as it pertains to California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), specifically the Alternate Diesel Fuel Regulation (ADF) and its 2018 rollout.
Pat also serves in other capacities: President of Hull Partners LLC, focusing on fuel supply chain consulting services and Secretary for the Board of The Lost Children of Peru, a faith based ministry serving orphans in Peru.
Previously Pat spent over twenty-one years at Innospec Inc where he served as Executive Vice President and President, Innospec Fuel Specialties Americas.
For the past 12 years, Chris has served as Chief of Department of Hull, Massachusetts and Deputy Fire Chief. He has over 30 years of experience, working in fire, medical and maritime rescue operations and has personally been involved in many high-profile events, including the Response and Reconnaissance Team at Ground Zero 9/11, the Response Team at the Worcester Cold Storage Fire, the rescue of kayakers trapped in the Weir River Culvert, the rescue of 175 people from a commuter boat accident in Boston Harbor as well as many more emergency response situations.
Chris is a lifelong First Responder and has received numerous awards including the State of Massachusetts’ “Medal of Honor”, recognizing his outstanding career in fire services, incident response and public safety education.

For nearly 40 years Tom has worked in the specialty chemical industry, including over 30 years at The Dober Group acting as the President of the Fluid Management Division. This division developed, manufactured and packaged global formulations used to manufacture heavy duty diesel engine coolant for Cummins Engine Company, Caterpillar Tractor, and Detroit Diesel (Daimler Chrysler).
After departing the Dober Group, Tom founded Fleetchem LLC which manufactured diesel engine coolants and fuel additives for Cummins Engine Company. Fleetchem’s manufacturing facility was built in Cincinnati, OH and continues to manufacture fuel additives and diesel exhaust fluid.
During the acquisition of ET Products LLC, Tom formed Nineteen Holding LLC, (NHL). As President of NHL, Tom oversees several entities including Fleetchem LLC, ET Products LLC, Harness LLC and Cestoil Americas. NHL has its headquarters and lab facilities in Burr Ridge, IL with manufacturing and packaging in Bremen, IN and Monroe OH.
With a strong background in family ownership and family run businesses, Tom currently oversees the family business element and Board of Advisors for NHL. Tom has sat on advisory boards for various companies associated with the Loyola Family Business Center.
Cynthia is a partner in the law firm of McCarter & English and for the past 30 years has specialized in commercial real estate. Her practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate with a special focus on ground leases and headquarter leases for major corporations. Cynthia is very active in the community and currently serves as the President of the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global, an association of corporate real estate professionals with more than 9,000 members around the world managing more than $1.2 trillion in real estate and workplace assets across 5 continents. She has received numerous awards for her legal work, for teaching corporate executives advanced corporate lease analysis and for community service.
Cynthia attended University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Arts and Georgetown University Law Center.
Chris Jolley has over 30 years of experience in the software and computer automation field. Chris is currently a Software Architect for Salesforce.com a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software solution for sales, service, marketing, collaboration, analytics, and building custom mobile apps.
Before Salesforce.com, Chris held numerous architect and lead roles at companies like Oracle, Bea System, Qwest Communication, GE Capital, Black & Decker and Bethlehem Steel.
Chris is the author of 10 software patents. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earning a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science.
